For many years TIAA has offered the Teachers Personal Annuity (TPA).
The "Fixed Account" yields only 3.05%, whereas it is 4.80% for the I-Bond.
In all other respects (that I can think of), the I-Bond is superior.
Do the readers of this board agree?
