If you're already retired, what's the advantage of converting to a Roth? Whether you take distributions or put them into a Roth, you have to pay taxes on them, right? Andy ---------------------- True, but if you don't need the money to live on, then putting in the Roth sets you up for tax free earnings on the amount converted. |
