Thanks to everyone for the encouragement!

ft - I love your idea to replace the engine. I'll probably look into that in the next year or two as mine gets up near 200k.

As you might have guessed, it is also my daily driver. As many on the board might NOT have guessed, we are now a family of 5. For those of you without a spreadsheet nearby, that's 3 more people than seats. Of course our other car is a 7 passenger SUV, so I figure we average out to about 2 sedans ;)

When my two oldest were in 2nd grade & Kindergarden, they were thrilled for me to drive them to school 1 day a week. Sharing the front seat was no problem when their combined weight was < 100 pounds. Now, as a 4th grader and 2nd grader, you can imagine they are not nearly as excited to get a lift to school from Dad. Now riding one-on-one with Dad is a totally different matter. I've had lots of memorable & special times with my daughters individually in my fun little car. They get to decide whether to put the top down or not and what we listen to. I learned quickly that their threshold for convertible weather is just about any time it's not raining.

Another reason to hold on to that faithful '92.

BTW - my license plate is "2 Hokies". So replacing the car is really not an option :)
