Subject: My Yearly Physical | Date: 1/23/2006 5:21 PM | |

I went to the doctor this week for my yearly physical. The nurse starts with certain basic items. "How much do you weigh?" she asks. "115," I said. The nurse put me on the scales. It turns out that I weight 165. The nurse asks, "Your height?" "5 foot 8," I said. The nurse checks and sees that I only measures 5' 1". She then takes my blood pressure and tells me it is very high. "Of course it's high!" I screamed, "When I came in here I was tall and slender! Now I'm short and fat!" Kathy : ) |
