And I think that is what we will see here if a leaker is caught, a claim that the gov't cannot make it criminal to expose its own legal or unconstitutional conduct. Let's try that again... And I also make the presumption that the leaker knows far more about the gov't conduct than has yet been revealed, and believed with a great deal of certainty that it is, in fact, illegal and/or unconstitutional. --ET
