Can you give our discussion participants an update on Sasol - particularly how it stacks up against RTK. How Sasol is similar/different?

There are a few coal-to-liquid companies out there, including Sasol, REntech and Syntroleum. There is another, Headwaters. Sasol is by far the largest, it has the most diverse portfolio of patents, it has the largest revenue stream, and it and Headwaters are the only two that are profitable.

The other companies I consider to be much purer plays on CTL, which means that the outcome for them is likely to be an enormous gain or an enormous loss only on the success or failure in this sector. I put a rentech presentation up on the Sasol GG board that anyone interested in this company should view. Of particular importance is the fact that it was from 1999 and the company has yet to hit any of its targets. They may succeed, but they're losing boatloads of money.

I think the management, diversity and technology for Sasol is far and away superior. Which doesn't mean that the other companies will fail.
