Hi Hewitt,

PRXI has been on my radar for a while, and while enticing, I always though there wasn't enough of a business foundation there for an investment.

I decided to check in on it again this morning and found your article from January(http://tinyurl.com/d7alvh). Since you wrote that, Sellers successfully took control and they received an offer of $3.00/share- but the stock is still at .80 - down from about $1 from January.

Do you have any current thoughts that you don't mind sharing?
