Courtesy of Doug (TMFThump) from the SA Ford board: Honda - $1979 +8.9% Toyota - $2003 +11% Ford - $2542 -9.7% Chrysler - $3052 -14% GM - $3732 +12% While that's a higher number than the January level outlined in my purchase article (http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2011/02/23/rising-star...), the trend of YoY declines still holds true. High incentives just to drive sales is a long-term losing proposition because it conditions buyers to expect them and it lowers margins. I'm glad Ford is holding the line on reducing these.
