What is very interesting is that, although these subsidiaries are mentioned on the conference call, they do not report any numbers except for a restructuring of REMY which it appears they are about to let go public.

Ceridian is acquired by Thomas H. Lee Partners and Fidelity National Financial. Ceridian common stock ceased trading on the NYSE before commencement of trading on November 9, 2007 and is delisted from the NYSE.


I wonder what is going on behind Door Nr. 1, 2 and 3?

They certainly have been busy though.

I think FNF used to be an Inside Value rec when I was a member there, but I never recall them mentioning anything about this. Does it make a difference?
