self-employed vs. getting a real job By the way, as a side note, most people who are self-employed feel that they do indeed have a real job. If you want to clarify what you have in mind, you might say, "a job working for a company" or whatever. I'm sorry that we keep dumping on you, but it's clear that you and DW have a massive communication problem, and you need to sort it out. Using language that is less condescending might be a start in improving that communication. Nancy |
