Seems clear someone is trying to get into your Bnet account, and those failed login attempts are causing it to be locked automatically. Sadly, the support people are pretty clueless. Let's just say english is probably not their first language...

If you want to keep playing, my advice would be to get the Bnet authenticator on your smart phone. It's a quick/easy download, and effectively secures your account.
