McCartney Says Skip the Turkey on Thanksgiving

Yeah, that's not going to happen. I actually cut up my Thanksgiving Turkey today. Legs, thighs, wings, two boneless breast halves, two back pieces, neck, giblets. I baked the neck and giblets in the oven while I was baking some sweet potatoes and white potatoes for Bonnie and I ate the meat off the boney pieces for dinner tonight. I had put garlic salt and black pepper on them while they baked. Pretty tasty.

I plan on baking the thighs and drumsticks and wing pieces on Thursday. Not sure what I'm going to do with the boneless breast pieces. Probably slice them into Turkey steaks and flour and fry them in bacon fat.
