Google fiber is in , what, 4000 homes. Still a trial. When they come up with the 100 billion to rewire America, serve all the areas of a town instead of cherry picking...you'll know they have arrived. Their success, obviously, depends upon extracting more money from you each month for 'higher speeds'. I already have fiber to my house with Verizon FIOS. I'm not willing to pay hundreds a month for pay per view and 'on demand' services. maybe some are. my bill is already 'too high' for me. t. |
