It looks like this Ractopamine is in a similar class to Clenbutarol which I thought was banned in food production animals both in the US and EU.

This was the drug that Alberto Contador tested positive for after the 2010 TdF and he tried the tainted meat dodge......claiming that he'd order a specialty cut of beef from Spain and it must've been something added to the beef. Spanish farmers didn't take kindly to that accusation.
