Once the check arrives it will take 10 days for the bank to clear the check. My intention is to buy many shares as I can of Chase common stock and reinvest the div. Remember this post? http://boards.fool.com/got-the-ok-to-go-back-to-work-from-my... Remember when you had to go back to work even though you were in pain, because you didn't have an emergency fund and apparently no STD? Remember that? And you had to work because you had to pay those credit card bills? We remember, even if you don't. Wouldn't it make more sense to clear the credit cards, put some money aside for emergencies, (including paying off the car if that becomes necessary) and then investing the rest? We remember the pain, even if you've forgotten. Nancy |
