I like the idea of a name that makes it really really clear what it's purpose is, so something similar to "Posts Still Awaiting a Pro Response" or even "Urgent Posts Still Awaiting a Pro Response". With such an explicitly obviously named board, that should cut down on the unnecessarily non-urgent posts that we'd previously seen on boards such as VTQ. as always, i am full of carp |
