In this week's Barrons on page L-14, an article on some fixed income close end funds (CEF) that are trading at a discount to their portfolios.

Pimco Dynamic Credit Income (PCI) is trading now at about an 8% discount to its portfolio, and yielding 8+%. I looked briefly at the prospectus..seems like they can buy most anything, right now about 85% is in corporate bonds

Pimco High Income (PHK), the article says, is trading at a 50% premium.
