Today's post is on the changes in SEC reporting on CEO compensation, which will require disclosure of all sorts of perks (up to $50,000, previously) that went unreported. Stuff like country-club memberships, you know, stuff


Poor CEOs. I mean, what's $50 k here and there? When will these bloodsucking shareholders and their lapdog miscreant SEC just leave them alone with their hard-earned success? Why do they hate freedom?
