Thanks for thoughts on ARNA. Now in June... some news/progress on the trials. ELEVATE is their pivotal Phase 3 that dosed first patient this week. Not sure how large it is, they say 450 sites: The ELEVATE UC program will be conducted in approximately 450 sites across more than 40 countries But ClinicalTrials.gov says recruiting 372 patients at 5 sites. https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03945188?term=are... First primary outcome is measured at 12 weeks so maybe we get a readout in some reasonable time period. Olorinab is not yet recruiting but seems like they have the design for 12 week CAPTIVATE trial https://www.arenapharm.com/clinical-trials/olorinab/ |
