But that site does NOT have EVERY time zone.

Check the map at . You may notice that a number of countries in southern Asia, plus parts of Australia, have stripes. If you point your mouse at some of the red dots, you'll find that these stripes represent areas that are integer-point-five hours off from their neighbors.

And "Daylight Savings Time" can make a mess of things too. In Australia's state of Queensland (the northeast corner of the continent) it's currently 1:28 PM. The next time zone to the west should report earlier times, and in fact the Northern Territory (the northern part of the central stripe) says it's 12:58 PM, half an hour earlier - but South Australia (due south of the Northern Territory) says it's 1:58, half an hour later than in Queensland.
