The places that use Daiya as a substitute for mozzarella are making better pizza. Daiya has noticeably improved their formulation some time in the past year. It used to end up being sort of a cheesy tasting sauce, but now it has both better flavor and a melted cheese texture. It even passes the cold slice the next day test reasonably well.

This is serious progress for all vegan pizza lovers. Pizza without cheese is just a mistake.
