In the fall of 1965 I was involved in high school debate. The topic that year involved economics, and I recall the unemployment rate being about 3.2% at the time.

I can clearly recall during debates moaning and groaning about how HIGH the unemployment rate was! IMAGINE ---- one out of thirty three people couldn't find as job!

Now that seems silly. Of course, it IS silly, but you still have people moaning and groaning about how bad things are no matter how good they are.
