"Why is that money yours? Wow. And people wonder why socialists aren't trusted. " ------------------------------ I don't know you or your postings at all, but I'm wondering: Do you like driving on the interstate highway system ? Do you like the bridges that you cross to be stable and functioning ? Do you like that you can pretty much ( so far ) trust that your food purchases are probably safe to eat ? Do you like clean air, and clean water ? I can go on and on, but the gist of it is that government costs money, and requires citizens to pay taxes. I'm not a government can do no wrong, sign over your entire paycheck to them kind of guy. But I also understand that living in a civilized society costs money. If you believe otherwise, you are fooling yourself. |
