Apple’s gross margins are the same or lower than Peloton’s. Meanwhile AYX has the highest margins in all of business or near so at 92% and Pure Storage, as an example, has the highest gross margins in its industry. Yet, I see no correlation between high gross margins and stock return. Twilio’s gross margins have always been the lowest in the SaaS industry, complained about by many, and yet has hardly diminished stock return.
