All Quicken does is pass on the security messages the financial institution provides. There are connectivity standards that they are supposed to follow but if they are not implemented right, it could cause problems. Quicken is correct that you have to work with USAA and Schwab to resolve the problems.

Who currently has a problem with Schwab in that it stopped downloading transactions because it says I need to identify sell lots from transactions that happened years ago...
