I don't normally recommend Costco's specialty foods but... Earlier in the Fall I picked up some packages of butternut squash and carmelized onion ravioli. They are delicious with just a little butter. This past week I tried some chicken cranberry jalapeno meatballs (it was kind of like chicken sausage). I heated them in a pan on the stove and drizzled a little BBQ sauce over them. Wow. AC *both were very good* |
