TMFXLibris: | Does this product/service serve a real need in the world? Will its value still be obvious in tight times? Does it clearly stand above any alternatives? Is management incentivized in a way that benefits the business? Does the company have significant competitive advantages? Is revenue growth strong, high-quality, and ideally recurring or otherwise predictable? Is the business run efficiently? Is it cash-rich? Are there clear signs of pricing power? If there is any debt, is it easily managed? |
