Skype was bought by the old Microsoft under Ballmer, and like with their Nokia acquisition, the answer is almost certainly - nay.
Did not Microsoft announce they are shutting down Skype (at least for enterprise)? That would further lean to nay.
Amazing how a change in leadership can so profoundly change the fortune of an entity.
