A better idea is extending Medicare to the 55-64 age group--
The question might be weather to have an optional Medicare buy-in or to implement a Medicare-at-55. Everyone in the 55-64 age group would simply receive their Medicare card. Private insurers and employers would no longer be responsible for this age group

I would bet that if you looked deeper into the demography of possible topics Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents want to hear the 2020 you'd find that the 55-65 group overwhelming is concerned about healthcare coverage whereas the 20-30 and 30-40 groups are more divided.
