a couple of further points about this co which i have never owned but which i have occasionally followed:

- they trade at about 10x earnings wgich have been quite steady for many years
- they basically pay out all their earnings in an annual dividend of about 30c
- in other words, they make next to no attempt to grow, it is basically a cash cow
- there is a fairly consistent drop in the share price as it goes ex-dividend, and this drop typically (but not always) exceeds the amount of the dividend
- 25% of the dividend is retained by the israeli tax authorities and is apparently bot recoverable outside israel
- as a result, it would make sense to buy now post-dividend) and sell before the dividend is paid out in 11 months

regards, dtb
