Another screen based on good earnings and returns with a "reasonable" P/E.

The returns for 5 stocks 4 week hold:

'02 up 46.2%
'03 up 180.1%
'04 up 40.6%
'05 up 18.7%
'06 up 28.9%
'07 up 132.7%

Over that period the CAGR was about 64% and
the 12 week hold had a CAGR of 52% with a 15% drawdown. Not bad.

Here's the Zacks screen
- Zacks = 1 (strong buy)
- 12 week return top 50%
- 52 week return top 50%
- P/E <= 1.25*S&P500 weighted average (don't want the P/E to be too high)
- Earnings this Q / Earnings Q year ago >= 1.25*S&P weighted average (want good earnings)
- 52wk return / P/E top 5

(As always, the survivorship question does arise but a nice screen
anyway. Not sure if I can duplicate the screen in MI/VL or MSN)
