This is true... but I do hope Mrs PL has a bene from some of this. No intension/need to sell. I do know that time and $$$ were invested and like I mentioned, Nikkor still holds...

Even movie studios are looking for some glass. Years ago I sold a single Canon FD (mount) lens to a guy for $200. He had an adapter and a need for a really fast (f-stop), wide lens for a movie camera. Think it was 28mm f/1.4... really hard glass to find, even now. FD glass can no longer be mounted to much, cept old film still cameras. Or with an adapter...
