Sorry, a tiny bit off topic.

Any CPA's out there have a favorite Construction Accounting Software; one that might incorporate Tax accounting?

Or, is there another board I may have better luck reviewing?

I'm currently using Quickbooks Pro -blah, its alright, but limited. Several different customers with various construction specialties. Timberline was the first to come to mind, and I have used American Contractor in conjunction with Meridians Pro-log.

I'm also doing a Google search to see what pops up... any helpful search words?

Thanks in Advance,
Tye

Not sure if this is relevant, but have you looked at QuickBooks Premier Contractor edition?

Thanks for the reply Ira,

Actually, I miss spoke, we are using Quickbooks Premier 2012... a quick Properties check says Accounting Edition.

I'll need to look into the Contractor edition... do you use it? do you like it?

Thanks again,
Tye

No, I don't use it. I, too, use QB Premier Accountant Edition for my bookkeeping clients. My only knowledge of the Contractor edition is that it exists. BTW, if you have the Accountant Edition, you can toggle to the Contractor Edition. It's under the File menu.
