Dear Fellow Fools,
My husband & I are considering the following: his elderly dad selling his home, us selling ours, and all going in on a home together. My husband is an only child & we BELIEVE that his father's intention is to leave all the proceeds from the sale of his home to us when he passes away. If we confirm this to be the case, any opinions on how to hold title to our combined home? (Anything dumb about joint tenancy with right of survivorship?)
