Seems the best incentive for a failed healthcare.gov website is the way the government pays it's contractors. Set-up a flawed website...get paid Millions...then charge millions more to fix it. Just make sure the flaws can all be blamed on someone else.

Would love to see how many of the original tech companies from the website are also getting paid to fix it. Anyone have a problem with the financials being audited on this one?
