I didn't expect the company to benefit much from any court, and was worried that the management was relying in it, rather than growing the company. By the numbers, concentrating on sales had the potential to be more profitable. Unfortunately, they probably were required to pursue the case to protect their patent portfolio.

At the same time, competition could catch up, which it will, thereby negating parts of the patent portfolio.

I'll be watching for management redirections in the next few weeks or months. If nothing is announced, I'll probably sell and move on after several years of holding the stock.
