Agreed on first mover advantage, brand name, positioning, size, simple product and no pricing power.

If SOA takes off this is a great investment and the multiple will increase. If SOA product does not catch on will the revenue grow at least at the market growth of 27%? In other words will DOCU's market share continue at the present level of 70%? I think it will. New customers are more likely to go with the established name. Of interest would be the customer churn. How many of the existing customers leave Docu for competition. So far the NRR of 115% suggests it is not a problem. But worth watching. I have a small position. I doubt we get the multiple expansion unless we see SOA take off. Willing to give a couple of Qs.
