Hi Guys,

This is an interesting little Canadian Company that I have owned for a short while (five weeks). I like the technology and think it has a great future. I also would not be surprised if some of the big US guys were looking to buy the company.

Include Rapid Deployment Of Four Leading Vehicle Security Brands

leader in the Telematics industry, announces that it has entered into a
definitive agreement with Directed Electronics Inc. to supply its end-to-end
consumer Telematics solution designed for four (4) of Directed Electronics'
market leading consumer brands.

Directed Electronics is one of the largest ISO 9001 registered suppliers of
consumer branded vehicle security and convenience systems. Directed
Electronics will market the AirIQ built Telematics system to consumers through
its distribution channels under the well known brands; Viper(R), Clifford(R),
Python(R) and Automate(R). AirIQ will supply the in-vehicle equipment,
wireless provisioning services, hosted Internet and telephone consumer
interfaces, and customer call centre support.
