You made some very valid points. However, it makes the assumption that you pay the 29.95 for exactly what you see today (i.e. small boards will die out etc. etc.) The Internet is no longer revolutionary - it is evolutionary. Will some of those things you mentioned happen? Certainly there will be some definite changes. But being that the people remaining will be "paying" members now, TMF has even more responsbility for making it worth the money - to provide worthwhile content/get new members and such. That will definitely require changes as time progresses and new ideas come along/kinks get worked out etc. And they have to do this, because that is how our economy works - if people don't like what they pay for, they don't come back. If people don't come back, you don't have a business.
