albaby1: If the government fails to pursue proper public health policy, that's something that the government can - and should - be held accountable for.

Stop, please... the government cannot help people who refuse to be helped.

From a CNBC/Change Research poll:

Of the unvaccinated respondents, 84% said their decision against immunization wouldn’t change if the vaccines had no side effects and 87% said they still wouldn’t get the shots if their employer mandated them. Just 5% and 4% of respondents, respectively, said those things would make them “much more likely” to change their minds, the survey shows. Pressure from family members made little difference, with just 2% saying that would make them much more likely to get the shots.

COVID-19 vaccinations have become politicized, largely because of social media, the Trump administration's and Trump cult's 'don't trust government' stances, and Fox News.

Among unvaccinated voters polled by Change Research, 87% said they voted for Trump. Some 60% said they were Republican.

Free shots are available at almost every drug store in the country. Walk-in, no appointment necessary.

Initially using the 'for emergency use' excuse to avoid vaccination, when the vaccine received full FDA approval, they still said, nope, not interested.

44% of unvaccinated responded “maybe” when asked whether they would accept either an intravenous antiviral or monoclonal antibodies. Gee, aren't monoclonal antibodies only available under 'emergency use authorization' too?

Police in cities across the country -- who say they shot someone or roughed someone up because they 'would not comply' with orders -- have said they will not comply with orders to report their vaccination status.

Huh.
