All sounds good to me so far.

I think we'll have a simple meal of roasted leg of lamb marinated in herbs and lemon, potatoes, gravy made from the pan drippings, carrots and something green, followed by as many chocolate eggs as you can eat.
I don't think we'll need other desserts after that.

When I was in Australia, we didn't eat special foods for Easter. We went camping in tents in the bush and ate campfire food, so I don't have any special food traditions to follow. So I'm making my own now I'm in the US. It's fun to be able to do that. Being in the northern hemisphere and celebrating "new life", spring, or whatever you believe in, makes a lot more sense. Over there, Easter is the start of Autumn.
