All the firms you name offer managed accounts. I would suggest you focus on performance for the risk profile you find acceptable. I would consider fees secondary to performance.

They should have a prospectus showing recent investments and performance. Are you comfortable with the risk implied? How does their performance compare to the S&P or other suitable indicies.

Keep Bernie Madorf in mind. Highest return can also mean highest risk of losing all.
