amsga and amsgb are just the 2 different corperations. They are both very good to invest in at this stage of th game. Both are the same company. I bought many shares of amsga and I am very happy with mu portfolio. Amsga and b are going very well with the following....

EPS = 96
price strength = 99
industry group relative strength = A
sales + profit margins + ROE = A
accumulation/distrubution = A

The facts are there. Its a great company and I would go for it. also look at the charts.

I think it will be up to 40/share by march of 2001
