And having a connection to old Camaros myself, it did elicit the whole "cool factor" emotion. But driving it was... meh.

The muscle always was meh on the twisty road. They were for looks and streetlight racing unless your daddy had the bucks to risk it at the strip. Now that we are <cough> more mature, we demand more from our rides. But we shouldn't expect to get it from the new nostalgic models. They are just doing what they've always done, albeit with a bit more flab to push around.
