I just attended the annual meeting held here in D.C. and was not all that impressed. As might be expected the CEO took quite a beating from stockholders and several employees or former employees got up to speak their minds. When directly asked if the executive management should be held accountable for performance bonuses the way employees were the CEO's answer was "I got my bonus and I am not giving it back."

While I agree that management in general needs the flexibility to pay for good people this group of planted pots could use some freash blood. The only reason I am not selling is I got these shares from the GMH spinoff and think the defense industry in general will pull this stock up as it rises in the medium term.

I am a relatively new fool and this was my first ever annual meeting. I got some free coffee but do plan to sell the stock soon when I find the next place to put the money.
