On 01/07/11, I bought 5 of Oregon Coast Aquarium's 5.35's of '31 --a unrated, obscure muni-- for 71.619, for an estimated YTM of 8.2%. Last week, I was called at par, which bumped my achieved YTM to 10.2%. Given that the US is shutting down in a panic over COVID-19, I'm glad to be out of a position which would have been negatively impacted by likely decreased attendance.

By and large, I've done well with similar munis, especially those issued by water districts, power generators, and sewage companies and often have been favorably called. The problem now is what to do with the cash, given that nothing is as yet sufficiently discounted to merit buying.
