ANOTHER Roth Distribution Question UPDATE

Hello All, Sorry for the accidentally truncated piece. I went to the local IRS office in December, (Willow Grove, PA) w/the same questions I posed in my original post. The agent's lack of knowledge was vast and total lack of interest to acquire additional facts on the subject even more colossal.

At any rate, then end of this month I will close out my Roth IRA. I will post again when I have jumped through all the necessary hoops. I showed the IRS agent a print out of the replies I got from my original post, she dismissed it as "not coming from tax professionals", (thus deemed not worth reading.) It is the luck of the draw, the agent I dealt with in 2008 was so outstanding I attempted to seek his guidance again, but he had relocated.

Will advise, and try to get a definitive answer if the 5 year "lookback" has to be 1,825 days, or January 1 of the fifth calendar year.

Aiden
