My "dinner" numbers were high for a week and a half. I was told by my dr to either get the dinner #'s down or insulin. I started riding a bike and it brings the numbers down to low 90's-100's. I eat 30 carbohydrates for a bedtime snack (before 10pm). When I awake at 4-5 am, my blood sugar is in the low 80's 5-6 hours after eating the snack.

Has anyone ran into this and what can I do?.
