I am.

Welcome aboard.

My reasons for investing were largely because Boone is involved.

Just found this board after watching Cramer tonight while doing my 30 miutes on the eliptical runner. Cramer said that Nancy Pelosi owns between $100K and 250K worth of CLNE. He thinks the fix is in if she is an investor. In other words, CLNE will get a big chunk of new business in CA from a new mandate to expand the use of CBG in trucks and cars. They propsal is for 70,000 trucks to be converted to CBG. I forgot how many cars, but is was in the hundreds of thousands.
According to Cramer, CLNE has been a concept stock up to this point, but he is bullish that it will grow and become profitable if it can nurse on the teat of air quality mandates. The thing that makes long term survival possible for CLNE is the spread between the cost of gasoline and diesel and the equivalent cost of natural gas. Also, unlike plug in hybrids, no new technology is needed. Look for fleets to convert first.
This is staring to interest me for the reasons mentioned.

Regards,
The Chief

IG,
I am lost as well, I have been following CLNE for the last 4-5 years and there is an active board where a bunch of learned Fools post on a regular basis; but this is not it. I was on that board last week but cannot locate it today. I plan to call The Fool and help me navigate.

The board I was referring to was a Stock Advisor specific board. They are in a flux it seems but the person I talked to, told me to try and access the board from Fool.com rather than the SA home page. When I did that, I was able to get to the active board. They have noted the anomaly and hopefully will correct it soon.

Hi KP,

I also follow CLNE. It has been in my portfolio for four years. From late last year I looked more closely as I am interested in the natural gas engine for large transport. The new Cummins Westport engine is a time innovation that has just hit the market. And I see natural gas as part of the transition in energy. I have purchased several times this year. Small bits and it is about 1 percent of my portfolio.

I also experienced not being able to find CLNE on the discussion ports. There is a group of community that so follow - positive and negative so that’s good.

Go to the home page of Stock Advisor and then Community Boaards and within that there is ‘See all company boards’. That will probably take you to Premium Discussion Boards. I think. Then go within that to See All Boards. That will get you to pages of companies and you can get to CLNE. I would then go to the heart at the top of the CLNE posts and click it to follow. Mark the love as then it is a favorite for you.

Do also contact the Fool as there may be a better way to get to it.

I also follow the company on Twitter. It is the only company I follow on Twitter but that has been a great experience. That seems to give most up to date happenings. Hope this helps. Noel

I only occasionally glance a the publicly accessible CLNE message board and just noticed your comment. Here is a link to the new Premium Commons board for newsletter subscribers.
