Aoeuid's Wife -

Good start.

How much do you bring in with cleaning and child care?

You are starting to document the extent of the problem. But your numbers indicate why taking money out of your husband's 401K or pension won't work. Even if you subtract the credit card debt and the 2nd Mortgage, you are still about living about $100 per month above your means even on a reduced budget.

You are working a lot of hours, so you aren't lazy. The question is whether your efforts are paying off. Including your own income will probably make this a much more reasonable budget.
